The first step is to submit the Free Meet & Greet Request form. After we have received the form, we will be in contact with you to discuss any additional information that is needed, and to schedule a free meet and greet visit.

Fill out your Free Meet and Greet Request form. After you fill out your Free Meet and Greet Request form, we'll reach out to schedule your free meet and greet visit. A meet and greet visit is required before any pet care services are performed, as this allows us to meet you and your pet and ensure that we are a good fit for your needs.
Fill out your History and Information form. Once your meet and greet is scheduled, we'll send you a History and Information form to complete before your visit. This form asks questions about your pet's health, personality, preferences, and care needs.
Have a great meet and greet! During the meet and greet, we will discuss your History and Information form, outline expectations, and confirm care needs/instructions.

Payment Policy
Following your Meet and Greet, you will receive an invoice for the requested care services. Per our policy, full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first scheduled service. Learn more about our policies and procedures.
